1. Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and unopened.
- In the original packaging with all labels intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID/invoice).
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original mode of payment.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless received in a defective or damaged condition.
