- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
2. Shipping Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations in India: 5–7 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping fee will be applied for orders below ₹999 (visible at checkout).
- If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, it may include an additional handling charge.
4. Delivery Area
- We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment but may be introduced in the future.
5. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
- If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at silkflairprofessional@gmail.com.
- Kindly include your Order ID and photos of the package/product to help us resolve the issue quickly.
6. Delays
